Day off

My knee was sore again yesterday and last time I did yoga when it was sore it got worse so we took yesterday off and will do Yoga today.


  1. Congrats on picking up where you left off after missing a day and listening to your body! Yoga is a struggle for me to do and I have even been substituting Pilates for it the past two weeks. I'm not sure what it is, but I always dread Yoga day. What day are you on? If interested, my blog is Good luck with the rest of your program!

  2. I am no longer tracking what day I am on in the program. We did a round of P90X from start to finish but now are doing 5 days a week with 3 being the weight days and the other 2 being one of the other workouts but they may change some from week to week. We are really just trying to maintain at this point and the full on program is not really needed as long as we watch the nutrition and work out 5 days a week.

    I actually like the yoga workout but it was bothering my knee which I had injured a bit ago. Probably will skip that one this week too but put it back in again next week.
