Not Gone

We have not disappeared. We are still doing the workouts and all is going well, improving as would be expected. We did skip Kempo on Saturday but did the X Stretch Sunday. This week Sarah has been sick so I have done the workouts on my own. I did miss last night and tonight is hockey but not going to worry too much just keep plugging away at it. The nutrition has been good and I am felling stronger. I started a new job this week which is why I have not been keeping up with this, I will try to be better but time is limited as I am busy with the new job.

  9. I have tried both Insanity and P90X. P90X I liked to use to change up my lifting work out routine. Insanity is exactly what it says it is…INSANE. I love intensity and I love to sweat, but Insanity, not a fan of it. I could hardly move the next day after doing one of the routines and I am not out of shape. My boyfriend can keep up with it, but personally, I’d rather be running on the treadmill or spinning for my cardio work outs.

  17. I want to start a blog to do this! I just barely got the p90x workout program and I really want to track my results like this! What a wonderful idea. And I'm glad you're feeling stronger and better as you do it. I think that that's the most you could ask for...it is for me anyway. I'm so pumped!
