Knee issues

Still having some knee issues and Sarah is having shoulder issues so we have been resting of late but keep in touch here because we will be back.


  1. I feel you on the knee issues. Totally sucks because you loose your fitness and can't do much. Try to stick to upper body stuff to keep you going. Good luck.

  2. Hey, what happen?..I hope you can comeback as soon as possible. I'm hoping for your fast recovery then so that you can continue the p90 x..
